Follow the instructions below to change your password for your Humanity/ShiftPlanning Account.

1. Login to your account by going to the Humanity/ShiftPlanning login page: and use the username and password provided to you in the Customer Product Setup Email:

2. When in your Humanity/ShiftPlanning account, click on the person icon in the bottom left corner of the screen:

3. Then click on Settings (boxed in red below):

4. This should then be on your screen, click on Password

5. This will then come up on your page, enter in the existing password from the Customer Product Setup Email and then create your New Password, once you are done click Update Password:
